Saskatoon Berry & Apple Pie - 9 inch, unbaken and frozen.

Pie Dough Ingredients
- Flour
 - Salt
 - Baking power
 - Brown sugar
 - Tender flake lard
 - Eggs
 - Vinegar
 - Water
 
Fillings
- Fruit
 - Tapioca
 - Lemon juice
 - Cinnamon
 - White sugar
 - Brown sugar
 

Baking Instructions for Frozen Pies
1. Preheat your oven to 425⁰ F (or 225⁰ C).
2. Remove the plastic wrapping from the frozen pie. Place the pie on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil to catch spillage. Do not allow to defrost!
3. Bake the frozen pie at 425⁰ F (or 225⁰ C) for 15 minutes.
4. Then lower the oven temperature to 350⁰F (175⁰ C) and bake for another 40 to 60 minutes or until the crust turns golden-brown and the filling begins to bubble. The crust or edges can be covered with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
Note: Temperature and cooking times may need to be adjusted if you are using a convection oven.
Allow the pie to cool before cutting and serving. Enjoy!
